Co-Owner
Peter Pineda is a lifelong Rochester local with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the landscaping industry. His passion for the craft, attention to detail, and deep community roots drive the quality and care that define our work.
Stephen Nally
Co-Owner
Stephen Nally brings 15 years of experience in sales, small business consulting, and project management. He’s worked for several Fortune 500 companies as a top-performing sales rep. Stephen brings several years of experience from TruGreen and a background in golf course maintenance, where he blended turf care knowledge with a focus on customer satisfaction.
He oversees every project from the initial estimate to final completion, drawing on his strengths in sales, project coordination, and contract negotiation to deliver seamless results.
David Forte
Foreman
With over 10 years of experience in landscaping and horticulture, David brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to every project. For the past seven years, he has also specialized in outdoor lighting installations. As our foreman, David manages each job from start to finish—leading the crew, maintaining quality control, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
His mechanical skills and ability to maintain equipment make him an essential part of our operation. David’s impeccable attention to detail sets the standard for excellence on every site.
