Peter Pineda is a Rochester native with over 15 years of hands-on landscaping experience. As Co-Owner of Pineda Property Maintenance, he is passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces through quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, personalized service, and exceptional customer service.

STEPHEN NALLY

CO-OWNER

Stephen Nally brings over 15 years of experience in sales, business consulting, and project management. As Co-Owner of Pineda Property Maintenance, he works closely with clients from the initial consultation through project completion, ensuring clear communication, exceptional service, and outstanding results.

DAVID FORTE

FOREMAN

With over 10 years of experience in landscaping and horticulture, David brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to every project. For the past seven years, he has also specialized in outdoor lighting installations. As our foreman, David manages each job from start to finish-leading the crew, maintaining quality control, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. His mechanical skills and ability to maintain equipment make him an essential part of our operation. David's impeccable attention to detail sets the standard for excellence on every site.

From start to finish Pete and Steve have been easy to contact. They listened to my concerns and assisted in making the right choices. Dave and crew were on the job quickly and professionally.
