I have used Pineda’s Property Maintenance for the past few years. They have become an extremely busy company, with that being said; they never lose sight of their personal relationships with their customers. They are genuine and kind people. They have an awesome team of people that work well together and in a timely manor. It definitely shows proof of their craftiness when the job(s) are completed. I am an extremely satisfied customer ! Thank you Pete, Steve and crew family.‼️

I recently had Pineda Property Maintenance do a landscaping project (planting, trimming, etc). From start to finish Pete and Steve have been easy to contact. They listened to my concerns and assisted in making the right choices. Dave and crew were on the job quickly and professionally. All were helpful and respectful. They made sure the property was left clean and neat. This is the second time I have had Pineda Property Maintenance, I have always been pleased. I will definitely call them again for my landscaping projects.

Steve and Pineda did a great job taking our 28 year landscaping out and installing a wonderful replacement. Just look at the before and after pictures. You'll see why!

As you see we are extremely happy with Pineda PM!
